News: Justin Bieber takes the App Store by storm.

Rich Uncle Pennybags and Waldo continue their hold on the weekly iPhone charts as Monopoly and Where's Waldo? sit atop the Top Grossing and Best Selling charts, respectively.

This snapshot of the biggest Apps has remained relatively unchanged since last week, but new appearances by Doodler (in Finger Physics: Finger Fun) and teen pop heartthrob Justin Bieber (in the music game Justin Bieber Revenge) make their games soar on the Best Selling chart.
