News: Ten minutes of action from the PSN/XBLA remake.

There's no doubt that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 mania is sweeping the gaming world today. But did you know this is also the first day console gamers will get a chance to experience the original Call of Duty as a PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade download known as Call of Duty Classic.

Currently available only to those who have purchased the Hardened or Prestige versions of Modern Warfare 2 brings Infinity Ward's first foray into World War II to the PS3 and Xbox 360 for the first time. For gamers who have yet to make the plunge, Destructoid's Brad Nicholson has uploaded a video featuring the first ten minutes of the game including the tutorial and the first "particularly atmospheric" level.

Activision has yet to announce when Call of Duty Classic will be available for purchase by all PSN/XBLA users.
